Oh my God, how long does it take people to buy tickets? I’ve got 4 minutes to get my train people, let’s not sit and slowly read each instruction on the screen like we’ve got learning difficulties. Here’s an idea, why don’t we have our payment to hand so when you’re asked for it you don’t need to be surprised and then gaff searching through your handbag, then your purse for some method of payment. And once you’ve bought your ticket sod off out of the way. I’m getting a season direct if only so I don’t have to queue with these numpties again.
